The SD01A Zener barrier set was developed especially for use with strain gage transducers and carrier-frequency and DC-voltage amplifiers that are balanced about earth.
Zener barriers use measurement and control technology for processing low voltages and currents. Zener barriers contain intrinsically safe circuits which are used to operate intrinsically safe field devices (such as load cells) in potentially explosive atmospheres.
