Inner Expoxy Coating

Featured with excellent adhesion characteristics over a broad range of oilfield producing pipes,  our inner Epoxy coating is broadly  applied in environments including oil, water, and sweet and sour gas, it possesses very low gas permeability using in gas production environments containing H2S. Due to its smooth, high gloss, abrasion resistant surface finish,it also provides excellent flow improvement characteristics in
both production tubulars and surface equipment.

Pressure: match with yield strength of steel pipe

Primary usage: production pipes, line pipes of high temperature, high pressure sweet and sour oil/gas wells, and CO2 tertiary oil recovery systems including pipelines.
