Description

Hydroxypropyl guar (HPG) is a non-ionic guar derived from natural guar gum used as a gelling agent of oil and gas hydraulic fracturing fluids to suspend proppant. HPG is easily soluble in cold temperature environments.HPG polymers exhibit a good thermal stability and can be cross-linked with a number of cross-linkers. It also exhibits a good alcohol tolerance.

Hydroxypropyl guar gum powder fracturing fluid is a low damage fracturing fluid, suitable for fracturing of low permeability reservoir at 30°C-150°C. It is widely applied in oilfield fracturing, sand control, water control operations. Also it is a must for thickening in fracturing of deep wells with high temperature and low permeability.

As a multipurpose thickening agent ,viscosity modifier foam stabilizer,it can be used in personal care-industry for styling gels ,sprays ,shampoos,shower gels,antibacterial hand cleansers etc.It also can enhance the skin's resistance to irritations caused by chemical detergent,and soften skin surface with smooth feel.
