Unitedhb Group (www.unitedhb.com) produce 3A molecular sieve.
The main component of 3A molecular sieve is aluminosilicate,silicon-oxy and alumina tetrahedron, they form a LT A-type structure, the main crystal structure is eight membered rings.
In molecular sieve 3A, potassium ion exchange of sodium ion, the formation with a pore opening of 3Å (1Å=1×10-10m), that is type 3A (also known as KA-type) molecular sieve.
Application:
1, Dehydrating gas streams of unsaturated hydrocarbon (e.g. ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene, etc.) in olefin crackers prior to cryogenic separation of LPG or other olefin products;
2, Dehydration of benzene, toluene, xylene and other solvents (e.g. ethanol, methanol);
3, Natural gas dehydration and with min. COS formation;
4, Dehydration of food-grade carbon dioxide;
5, Dehydration of oil and jet fuel.
Regeneration
The product should be regenerated after a certain period of adsorption.
The appropriate regenerated temperature would be better below 350℃.
Size
3A Molecular sieve are available in beads of 1-2 mm, (10x18 mesh) 2-3 mm, (8x12 mesh) , 2.5-5 mm, (4x8 mesh) and as powder, and in pellet 1.6”,3.2”.
Attention
The product as desiccant cannot be exposed in the open air and should be storedin dry condition with air-proof package.
