WE67K Series Electro-hydraulic synchronous press brake

Electro-hydraulic synchronous press brake uses the CNC system (DELEM, CYBELEC) with the servo cylinder, proportional servo valve control and grating ruler feedback to control any point in the stroke and achieve repeatable accuracy of plus or minus 0.01 and parallelism of 0.02.
Worktable deflection compensation can use the hydraulic compensating convex-device or the mechanical compensation added with imported manual \electrical convex device.
The stroke of slide block (Y1, Y2) and back gauge (X, Y, Z, V) are all controlled by computer automatically. Adopting the ball screw and the linear guide, the back gauge has high repetition accuracy.
1.The machine body is in overall welded and overall possessed structure,and ANSYSYA finite element analysis is applied to main parts of the machine body for analysis,which has ensured the reliability of machine tool and the precision of entire machine.
