Detailed Product Description

Annual output of 15 million gypsum board production line is a high degree of automation, process maturity, advanced automated assembly line, the entire production line just only need 10 operation workers to meeting the production conditions .The entire production line process is: calcined gypsum powder, solid additives, liquid additives, water , through the accurate measurement and the continuous automatic transmission mixing system into the mixer to make it into  uniform slurry and then spread to the vibration table ,by continuous moving ,the slurry reaches the gypsum extruder and connects with gypsum board back paper, through the extruder the slurry will be completely encapsulated by automatic leveling, precise control of the entire side and the automatic cutting system.   After the gypsum board entry to drying system, under strict control of temperature and air flow and evaporation of free moisture, the cutted standard size of gypsum board will be sent to stacker automatically. The unqualified products will be removed by wet detective board removing belt and dry board removing table to other site.
