1.Product Introduction

Oil fracture proppant is one kind of ceramic particle product with high intensity resistance, mainly used for underground support to increase production of oil and gas.
The main raw materials of oil fracturing proppant are high quality bauxite, coal etc. By ceramic sintering processing, oil fracturing proppant is a perfect substitute of natural quartz sand, glass ball, metal ball ect such low intensity materials, has good effect in increasing output of oil and natural gas.
When deep drilling Oil and natural gas, ore deposit has been fractured by the high pressure and low permeability. Oil and gas spew out from the rock bursted of cracks, the cracks would not close due to the stress release when high aluminium support materials with high pressure solution has been filled into the cracks of rock fissured, and so as to maintain high flow conductivity, and keep the high output of oil and gas. It has been proved by experience that it could improve the yield 30-50% by using oil fracturing proppant, and can also prolong service life of oil well, it's the key material in low permeability oil deposit exploitation and construction.

Our oil Proppant are divided according to the anti-crushing strength into 52Mpa (105KN),

69Mpa (140KN), and 86Mpa,   (174KN) and 103Mpa four series,
  according to bulk density are divided into: low-density, medium density, high-density.
  Product specifications are :12-18 mesh ,12-20 mesh ,16-20 mesh , 16-30 mesh, 20-40 mesh

between 30-50 mesh, 40-60 mesh, 40-70 mesh and so on.
