Operation of solder iron

1. Externally heated solder iron
Generally it includes iron tip, heating element, shell, handle, plugs. Tip length can be adjusted (shorter tip, higher temperature), and different shapes of tips meet the requirements of different welding surface.
2. Internally heated solder iron
In includes connecting rod, handle, spring clips, heating element, the tip (also known as copper head), heat fast and heat efficiency reaches 85% or above.

3, other type of solder iron
1) constant temperature soldering iron
Equipped with a magnet to control the power-on time, to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. Applicable to normal temperature and welding time.
2)Desoldering iron
Desolder pump and solder iron are combined for desoldering purpose, convenient, flexible and widely used. But it can only desolder one point at one time.
3) gas soldering iron
When no AC power supply, use this kind of solder iron heated with liquefied petroleum gas, methane or other combustible.
