It's different from the common antistatic veneer available in the domestic market, with its core-shell structure in the matrix extruded with the non-migratory materials under high temperature, to form the conductive passage inside and on the surface of the veneer for static discharge, free from the impact of air humidity, so as to achieve the permanent antistatic effect. In contrast, the common veneer is spray coated with liquid paint inside, and the paint migrates to the product surface to combine with air moisture (water molecule) and form the conductive passage on the surface, but top to bottom conductivity is not available inside the product, as it is the wood board structure inside, so the disadvantages include the volatile stativ fluid, short service life (usually less than 1 year), high volume resistance (generally 10(10)-10(11)ohms cm) and unsatisfactory static discharge effect.

 

 

1.       Material: Synthesized by various resins, wearing resistance of surface conforms to national standards. More than 1000r/min.

2.       Antistatic performance: It is tested by National Antistatic Test Center, adopting upper and lower tier conduction to discharge static; the upper layer is grey (blue) with surface resistance of 10(8) ohms cm while the lower layer is black with surface resistance less than 10(6) ohms, and volume resistance less than 10(8) ohms cm. Declining stage 5000v-500v with a duration less than 1.6S.

3.       Test method: Put two hammers on surface of the grey veneer with an interval of 1cm at humidity of 45% and temperature of 26 degree, and then the above resistance value can be measured.

4.       Antistatic effect: prevent the electronic products from damage static, protect cleanness of table and wall, and avoid dust and injury to people.

5.       Antistatic duration: Permanent

6.       Specification: 0.8m*20m*0.6mm thick, 1.0m*20m*0.6mm thick, and 1.2m*20m*0.6mm thick.

7.       The application of antistatic veneers:

(1)     At factory: antistatic workbench panels, antistatic office desk panels, antistatic wall panels (clean house), antistatic toolkits, antistatic parking boxes (inner wall), antistatic stationery cases , antistatic walls and roofs, surface veneers for color steel and sandwich panels (wall of clean house), surface veneers for raised access floors of purification houses, and walls of office areas, etc.

(2)     Application areas in home, hospital and office: paste anti-static plywood on walls of living room and bedroom to reduce electromagnetic waves harmful to human bodies, emitted by the indoor air-conditioning, TV, computers and other appliances. Hospitals mainly use this product in operating rooms, CT rooms, X-ray rooms and CCU wards, ICU intensive care ward and other clean disinfection walls to prevent static electricity from damaging medical equipment and saving human from electromagnetic radiation.

8.       Chemical performance: Wearing resistant, oil resistant, acid (weak) resistant, alkali resistant;

9.       Environment protection: Nontoxic and smellless and have passed indexes of international "SGS" certificate complying with environment protection requirements.

10.   Special notes:

(1)     Do not take benzene, toluene, ketone (acetone) and grease as cleansers to clean the surface dirt of this product.

(2)     Water, dish detergent, ethanol (alcohol), gas, and plant oil as suggested.

(3)     Glue: Glues like epoxy resin glue and gel-glue are adopted. Environment-friendly super glue (without xylene, toluene and acetone). It is best to use anti-static glue when gumming general inorganics, When using it, the both sides of the material should be free from oil impurities and moistness. After the glue evaporates for 5-30 minutes (until the glue film has a touch sense), compound it. Waiting for 24 hours, then the glue is available for use.
